We collect this via Google Analytics and our host, Carrd.co.Intake Data: Information provided by you via forms built on Breely.com necessary to fulfill our service requirements.3. We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your personal data in the following circumstances:
Service Fulfillment: To register you as a new customer and to build, design, and manage the booking pages/websites you have hired us to create.Communication: To manage our relationship with you, which includes notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy policy, and sending appointment confirmations via email or SMS.Marketing: To send you newsletters or information about our services that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of these communications at any time.Analytics: To use data analytics (via Google Analytics) to improve our website, products/services, marketing, customer relationships, and experiences.4. Third-Party Tools and Data Sharing
We are a solo-operated business, but we utilize trusted third-party service providers to operate our business. We may share your data with the following parties for specific purposes:
Carrd.co: Hosting our website and landing pages.Square: Used as our payment processor. Note: We do not store your full credit card details on our own servers. All financial transactions are processed directly through Square’s secure encryption.Breely.com: Used to generate booking interfaces and client intake forms.Google Analytics: Used to track website traffic and user behavior on our site.We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law.5. SMS and Email Communications
By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive text messages and emails related to your appointments and services with Bolt Booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
6. Payment Information
Financial transactions relating to our services are handled by our payment service provider, Square. We will share transaction data with our payment service providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments, and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.
7. Important Disclaimer: Client Responsibility
Bolt Aesthetics LLC provides design and setup services for other businesses ("Clients").
Our Role: When we build a website, booking page, or automation for a Client, we act as a service provider/developer.Client Role: The Client is the owner and "Data Controller" of any data collected from their own customers (the "End Users") through the pages we build.Liability: Bolt Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for how our Clients collect, store, share, or use the data of their End Users. If you are a customer of one of our Clients, please refer to that specific business's privacy policy.Automations: While we may set up automated SMS or email confirmations for a Client, the Client retains full responsibility for ensuring they have obtained proper consent from their End Users to send such messages in compliance with local laws (such as CAN-SPAM or TCPA).8. Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal data to those agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.
9. Your Legal Rights

Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 30, 20261. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Bolt Aesthetics LLC doing business as Bolt Booking ("we," "us," or "our"). By paying your deposit and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Payment Terms
Build Fee: The standard build fee (currently $199, subject to change for new contracts) is split into two payments:
Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit due to begin work.Balance: 50% remaining balance due upon delivery of the final website version.Maintenance Fee: A monthly maintenance fee of $99/mo begins immediately upon delivery of the final website version.No Refunds: All payments are final. We do not offer refunds on deposits, build fees, or maintenance fees once paid.Non-Payment: If the final balance or the first month's maintenance fee is not paid within 48 hours of the final delivery, the website will remain unpublished. If a monthly payment is missed subsequently, the website will be unpublished until the account is brought current.3. Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities
We adhere to a strict schedule to ensure efficiency. Our turnaround times rely on your prompt feedback.
The "48-Hour Rule":Standard Speed: If you provide requirements/feedback within 48 hours, we guarantee a turnaround of 5 business days for the next version.Delayed Speed: If you take longer than 48 hours to provide requirements/feedback, our turnaround time extends to up to 10 business days.The Process:Intake: After the deposit is paid, we send an intake form.Draft 1: Once we receive the completed form, we will build the First Version (subject to the 48-Hour Rule above).Revisions: This agreement includes two (2) rounds of revisions. You must provide feedback via our designated form. (Subject to the 48-Hour Rule above).Final Delivery: Upon completion of revisions, we will issue the final invoice.Go-Live: Once the final balance and first month's maintenance are paid, we will connect your custom URL and the site is officially "Live."4. Project Abandonment ("Ghosting")
If we do not receive a reply from you via email, text, or phone for 7 consecutive days, the project will be considered "Terminated" due to abandonment.
No refunds will be issued.Resuming the project after termination is at the sole discretion of Bolt Booking and may require a new deposit.5. Maintenance Agreement & Cancellation
Minimum Commitment: By engaging our services, you agree to a minimum 12-month maintenance contract at $99/mo.
Early Termination & Buyout: If you wish to cancel our services and take ownership of the website before the 12-month term is complete, you must pay a Buyout Fee.Buyout Calculation: The Buyout Fee is equal to the remaining months in the contract multiplied by the monthly rate (e.g., if you cancel at Month 6, you owe 6 months x $99).Asset Transfer: Ownership of the website, domain settings, and assets will only be transferred to you after the 12-month term is completed or the Buyout Fee is paid in full.Post-Contract Support: After the 12-month term (or buyout) is complete, you own the site. If you require our help thereafter, services are billed on an Ad-Hoc basis:Rate: $200 per hour.Minimum: Minimum 1 hour charge, billed in 15-minute increments thereafter.6. Software & Third-Party Fees
You acknowledge that your booking page relies on third-party software.
Carrd + Breely Builds: The cost of the software subscription is included in your $99/mo maintenance fee paid to us.Square Online + Appointments Builds: You are responsible for paying Square directly for any software subscription fees. Our $99/mo fee covers management and design services only, not the Square software cost.Transaction Fees: In all cases, you are solely responsible for all payment processing fees (e.g., credit card transaction fees) charged by Square or any other processor.7. Cancellations of Appointments
If you book a consultation or meeting with us:
We require 12 hours' notice for cancellations.Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of that meeting time.8. Limitation of Liability
Bolt Aesthetics LLC is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from:
Downtime of third-party platforms (Carrd, Square, Breely).Your failure to maintain payment for necessary subscriptions.Data collected by you from your clients.9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
